Show boundaries around city and sublocality

Hi, I've seen the recent change to Google maps where city and sublocality boundaries are marked in light red. How do I enable this in maps created using javascript API v3? If it's not possible, when will this be possible?

Hello, I've posted about this topic before but I can't see it anywhere now. My question was is it possible to show the boundaries around cities or sublocalities in maps created using JavaScript API v3? I mean, the way it's being shown now in http://maps.google.com/ ?

i do have the exactly same problem and i can't find a solution anywhere. i'm crossing my fingers that someone's gonna help us out. :)

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Please file a feature request on the issue tracker so that you and others can show support for this feature:

but if that is so, how is it possible that some web-projects do use them (e.g. Twitter)?

They don't use Google data - they have their own polygon data.
