Will v3 stay keyless, or will it require keys once it is officially
released?

Hi Marc -
It is our intention that it will remain keyless forever.

Hi Heze -
Maps API Premier doesn't use keys; it uses client IDs. It will
continue requiring client IDs. These IDs are used for tracking and
exception granting.
