Can we create a circular path in google maps

I want to create a circular path in such a way that start and end location is same, Consider A---->b---->c---->d---->A Now how to place markers b,c,d from A to A in a such a way that it create a path of 1km for walkers. It would even be better if every time b,c,d is placed randomly from A to A. distance could be as follow. A-b 200 meter b-c 300 meter c-d 100 meter d-A 400 meter but distance between points could be change everytime.
