extracting data from postgis via googlemap

hello

I need to link to PostgreSQL/Postgis database and extract data of a
location that
are pointed from googlemap.

In other words, I aim to get coordinates from google map, and receive
the related attributes values which corresponds to that location.

how can I do that ?
