Oblique/45 degree/Birdseye images for v3

Some lucky areas got so called 45 degree images(birds eye, oblique etc). It was available in v2, but not yet available in v3. If you are in one of these areas (e.g San Diego) but can not wait for that feature in v3, I've put together a hack (sort of) here:

It's kind of access tiles directly, but since it's within the API and the traffic layer example also use this technique, I guess it's probably OK at least to play with.
It was built using documentation from v2 and the map type/projection specs in v3.

Access our tiles directly is against the terms of service and should not be done.

Yes we are working on offering 45 degree imagery in the V3 API.
