JavaScript Maps API Version Update

We will be making the current experimental version (3.26) the new release 
version on or shortly after Nov 15th, 2016. The versions will then be:
 
Experimental: 3.27
Release: 3.26
Frozen: 3.25
 
3.24 will be deprecated and you will be served an existing version.
 
If you are using a Maps API for Business client ID or you are on the premium plan, you will be provided with the release version by default. If you are on the standard plan or have no key nor clientid, you will be provided with the experimental release by default.

Worth to note is that the 3.26 brings in a new Street View Renderer. It's highly recommend for applications that more heavily rely on Street View to test forward.
