We will be making the current experimental version (3.33) the new release version on or shortly after Aug 14th, 2018. The versions will then be:

Experimental: 3.34
Release: 3.33
Frozen: 3.32

3.31 will be deprecated and you will be served an existing version if you try to request it.

If you don't specify a version, you will be served a default version, which depending on your key configuration will be either 3.33 or 3.34. But a developer specified version will always be honored and served when requested when it's an existing version.

With Google Maps JS API  version 3.32 the release version will be  using the new renderer. That means after the roll over all version will be using the new renderer. Please make sure this works for you.
