How can i get maps image for Maps 45° Imagery?

How can I get 45° Imagery image like we have Maps Image API's for street View

eg:( http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/streetview?size=400x400&location=40.720032,%20-73.988354&fov=90&heading=235&pitch=10&sensor=false )

I know that 45° Imagery is limited to some cities but is there any way to grab image link with in those limited cities?

45 degree imagery is not currently supported by the Static Maps API.
