Is Google Map Api provide "Query Map" like OpenStreetMap?

I would like to retrive information(for example:nodeID, latitude, longitude etc.) of all roads of a given region/area for my research,

but many information are lost or incorrect in the retrived data when I use function provided by Open Street Map

(for example: http://www.informationfreeway.org/api/0.6/map?bbox=11.54,48.14,11.543,48.145).

Does google map api provide similar function as Open Street Map (the Query Map function)?

That link doesn't seem to load for me, so I'll work from your description. Google currently doesn't provide an API to retrieve geometry from a map - primarily because agreements with some of our data providers preclude us from offering this.

The closest thing you'll find is either the Geocoding API or Places API.

What is your use case for this? Are you displaying a Google map?

For my research, these information of the roads are required for drawing them in a given region/area.
