When do I get to see the Place added via the places API in google search

Hi, I have added a place(business listing) using Google Places API (Place Report Request-Adding a Place) almost a month and half ago. The place add request was successful and I have received the response as specified in the API documentation (status:ok; reference:<long alphanumeric key>;id:<another alphanumeric key>). 

When do I get to see this business in public search (google maps search)? Further more we can only provide the name, location and type while adding a business using the places API. When and how can we add other information related to the business: phone number, web address, images, working hours etc.
