2.180 released as v2.x

We've recently pushed v2.180 as v2.x and kept v2.176 as v2. The next
potential upgrade for v2 is looking to be v2.179. In the meantime,
please let us know if you find anymore potential regression issues
which would block the upgrade from happening.

There was one issue fixed in 2.180, which corrects the map scale
control measurement when switching between map types with varying zoom
ranges.
