1.16: 3d Perspective, Printable Maps, 6 Bug Fixes

We've just released version 1.16 of the Maps API for Flash. We're very proud of this latest release, as it contains the 3d perspective functionality, other features like projected GroundOverlay's and printable maps, and 6 bug fixes.
