New release of Google Maps Android API

Hi all, 

A new version of the Google Maps Android API v2 is now available.

This release is a small update, with just one new feature & one issue closed. 

New Feature

- Added a fadeIn flag to TileOverlayOptions to toggle the fade-in of tiles.

Resolved issue

- Failed API key authentication attempts are no longer cached. (Issue 6099)

The API is distributed as part of the Google Play SDK. To start using the latest version, install the upgrade from the Android SDK Manager.

The latest Gradle dependency string can be found at

http://gradleplease.appspot.com/
