OK, so quick question - I use Google Maps to identify prospective project areas for the LG I work for. Usually I will print out the map and then make my marks and scan the document back in. Is there anyway to do this with out having to actually print, mark and scan? This is the first time I have seen this program/editing tool and from what I can tell this is only for updating maps that will be seen by anyone using Google.
An example of how I use the program would be - We are currently working on getting a grant to assist with street and safety sign installation, I would normally print out a map, color code existing sign locations and scan this back in to give a visual aide of areas that need to brought up to code. (I dont know if it matters but I leave the Google Logo on the maps as to not take credit for actually making the map) Does anyone know if this program allows for personal editing for things like this?
Any information is helpful, as I said today is the first day I have seen this program, and I have been looking through some of the forums and directions on how to use but havent found anything. - Thanks Again
