Happens to me too.
In areas with high-res. images, all of a sudden I can't zoom in.
Just tried to zoom out all the way, to see all of the world, and still the same "...don't have imagery at this zoom level..."

Having the same problem when trying to review maps, maps.google.com
and www.google.com/mapmaker/pulse all of them are not displaying the
satellite layer regardless of zoom level.

Sometimes these errors are generated when you zoom-in or out a lot in a short time or have been panning over a large area. It is not that the imagery isn't available, but it can't be pulled from the servers fast enough. If this is the case, you should try again in about 5 minutes. The imagery should be available at that time.

I am getting the same problem, looks like Google might be having
problems on their end.

it happens often (too often...). I guess it's server overload. One more reason to ban server-consuming gadgets like Pulse (IMHO)

Hi all,

Could you let me know if you are facing this issue when viewing the imagery in a certain area. If yes could you please reply to this post with a link to that area.
If not, please post a screenshot of Map Maker, when you get this message so that we may investigate it.
Also, could you tell me how frequently you experience this?

Thanks,
Raza

I get the "We are sorry, but we don't have imagery at this zoom level for this region" message consistently in this surrounding area for Colorado, USA:

I also sometimes get strange ghosting problems of the map when changing the magnification level in one spot... a ghost image of the previous scale map label image will be overlayed on a new zoom level of the overhead image--so in effect two sets of map labels appear, one matching the overhead image and one at a different scale. To clear it, I pan the image around. It's pretty distracting, but not sure if this is just common for everyone.

Denis and Ian, you see this message because the imagery in these areas does not support deeper zoom levels.
If you would like to request for new imagery in these areas, you can do so using our new imagery request form and you can also be notified of new imagery updates in your area by signing up here.

    Thanks,
    Raza
