Google Maps in Russian

There're many googlemaps users in Armenia and Russia and many of them use it in Russian.

But there's a problem with that:
If there's only English name

• it can be shown only in English(blue underline(Tsaghkashen, Artzvakar) )
• can be translated into Russian(though there's no names in Russian in details of these towns) (green(Noratus) )
  
• not shown at all(red underline)

If there's the name in Armenian too:

• can be shown only its Armenian name(yellow)
• can be translated into Russian(green(Gavar) )

Is it possible to show all village/town/city objects without Russian names and translation like in cases of Gavar and Noratus to show in English and Armenian like in English googlemaps?

Also there're fixed rules of transliteration of names from Armenian/English into Russian, isn't it possible to add them?
