Mapping a Running Track

I'd like to map a school running track/field at this coordinates: 30.741999, -99.239046.

I'm not sure how to do this.

I did this as a Trail/Path and it was approved with no problem...  I also outlined the entire area with a Sports Complex as it had additional buildings, stands and a field in the middle...
