I've mentioned this elsewhere, but many of the POIs associated with
the Local Business Center are misplaced.
If one is clicking around in a neighborhood that one knows, trying to
correct improper placements, it takes a couple of clicks on a POI
before it's shown as a locked POI previously claimed by a business
owner. Similarly, it takes a couple of clicks on unlocked, previously
moved POIs before the moved position is shown. This makes for at
least one discouraged mapper. I could recreate the workflow in each
case to show what I mean if it's not apparent.
