Adding a Hunting Area

I would like to add an area designated for hunting on google maps. It
is privately owned. When I try adding in Google Map Maker I get:
"New Hunting Area
Failed to create feature
Editing in this area is not enabled yet. The feature's address could
not be validated. Please correct the highlighted components and
resubmit"
The area is in South Africa. However, other private parks in my area
have their places marked as green area and designated as "wilderness"
or "park". How can I do this?
