Yes, two or more features may have the exact name and attributes but
different configurations (as evidenced by your current predicament
;-). The Google Maps service shouldn't have any problems with that
since Barangay + City should give adequately unique info for the
addresses. The only problem that I can see is that all further edits
(alternate names, events, etc.) will have to be performed twice.

That's a problem with a lot of cities in Metro Manila, likely in the
provinces as well. I suggest that you leave it as it is until all the
barangays in your city are mapped out more or less accurately. After
all the barangays are mapped, you can simply trace the aggregate
outlines in map view and delete those three. I find that it's very
difficult editing large polygons.
