Maybe he can moderate a couple of outstanding edits before he leaves. I'm guessing his trust level is pretty high.

I had the pleasure of working with Lars here at Google (I spent much of my 20% Time on Wave), and while I'm sad to see him leave Google, I have faith that he'll continue to do great stuff... and in the end -- regardless of where innovation comes from -- users benefit.  I remain optimistic, and certainly wish him the best. :)
