Map Maker in Poland

Do you can make Poland in Map Maker? I have to edit Bydgoszcz and
surrounding towns.
Is this possible?

Thank you for your interest in mapping Poland. Poland is not yet open
for editing in MapMaker but please be assured that we are working on
opening up Map Maker for the rest of the world. Please see the list of

We will update the above page and also post on this forum when any new
country is opened for editing.

I noticed that the map has been updated for the Polish, not all areas but most of the way so I wanted to edit, because a lot of missing and are not very accurate as well as add the buildings but during those two years, nothing has changed in this regard because I still do not edit. 
Here I leave the question of when in the end you can not edit Polish?

I guess other name of Poland is "Polish" (Googled it), If yes then I would suggest you to star the issue by following this link http://code.google.com/p/google-mapmaker/wiki/MappingPL, (Click the star icon on the top left). Sorry If I am wrong.

You can say, Poland is a country and Polish is the language we use :)

May be, but I am not sure. Google might use it for evaluation purpose. May be some senior Mappers or Googlers able to answer this.

Hi Yari,

  Yes, a lot of us are waiting for Central Europe to open up for mapping,  In the meantime, you can correct maps in the Chicago, USA area, where we use Polish, too. ;)

It will at least let Google know how much interest there is for mapping a particular country. Note that it may not affect the availability date.
