Persian vs. Farsi Language

Hello,
I was wondering why do we have Persian language in the MapMaker
infowindow rather than Farsi, as far as I know, Google uses Farsi
(hl=fa) as the official language for Iran. Can you please look into
this in discrepancy?
As a side note, Persian is just another name for the Farsi language.

It is OK, Official name in English is Persian not Farsi, Farsi is pronounce in Persian not English ;-)
