merge Google Maps and Google Map Maker profile stats?

For some reason, there are "two" profiles of mine that have edited Google Maps: http://www.google.com/mapmaker?uid=203910489717390639411&gw=66&hl=en and http://www.google.com/mapmaker?uid=203226278004200338456&gw=66&hl=en. Aren't they both under the same Google account? Why aren't the stats merged? They have the same exact username. Is there something preventing this from occurring?

The profiles are related to your gmail accounts. Have you tried to use the google map maker from two different gmail accounts? If you have two gmail accounts with the same name, it might be the case. This is an assumption. You can verify the same.

Hi Guys,

I'm a little late to this thread but it seems to be describing the problem I am having.  It appears I have two sets of icons and line segments that show in the main list (left of the google map) but don't show together on the map.  Should I wait (wait an hour or a day?) for the two sets of items to merge or is there something I'm not doing right?

Nope, and this was a very long time ago dealing with something specific to me (they were already merged). Yours is the appearance of duplicate features in Google Maps/Map Maker.

In any case, please post in a new thread with a link to the area in Google Map Maker so we can see what you're trying to fix. The button to create the link should be on the top right of the page.

If this is a Google Maps issue (not Map Maker) and the link button is above the left sidebar, this is the wrong forum to post. You may go to http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/maps for the forums dealing with the main Google Maps site.
