Our map flag says "permanently closed"

Our map flag says "permanently closed", but our listing is brand new. Please let me know how I can get this fixed/removed!

Thank you for your e-mail. I suppose that someone else put the note: "Permanently closed".
I am the property owner and I am the one who is trying to keep the info up to date.
 How can I have that comment removed?
Also, I have a problem: all the clients who enter our physical address, cannot find our place as on the Google maps, the pin is placed either on the west side of town, or in the town of Port Aransas. So they keep driving around and get lost.
Could you help me find the way to fix this problem?
