Can you explain step by step how I can make a map that shows radius like the crow flies, from one address to another? All I can see to do is from one city to another, but I need specific addresses.

Thank you!

I think you'll want to use My Places in Google Maps or Google Earth instead; Map Maker is for making changes to Google Maps that will be visible by everyone.

As Sai said, Google Maps (not Map Maker) would be a better tool for this. In Maps, click on the "My Places" button on the left hand panel, then click on the red "create map" button. You should see three icons on the upper left of the map window, near the zoom bar, with a hand, a pushpin, and a sqiggly line. Click on the squiggle to start drawing lines. If you need specific addresses, you'll have to zoom in deep on the map to locate the start and end points.

Alternatively, you can go to http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-advanced-google-maps-distance-calculator.htm, where it lets you input the address directly into its search box to draw a "straight" line (actually a great circle) between two points.

If you are measuring straight line distances from one address to another, the simplest method would be to use the measure tool in Google Earth.
