Does Google tax the businesses that I map in map maker ( as a volunteer map maker ) . Do the businesses remain there for as much as they need to ?

I am concerned that Google might tax the local businesses that I map using Google Map Maker , so , do the businesses remain on Google Maps as long as needed , or does Google send e-mails to busienss owners , warning them that they might erase  their business on Google maps , in 2 , 3 or a number of months/weeks , later ?

To put it a little bluntly, I don't think Google cares whether you've been paying taxes, how much taxes your are paying, etc. Google doesn't tax businesses. Mapping businesses in Map Maker increases the visibility of the business (how much depends on Google's algorithms) on Maps, Search, and other areas.

I'm guessing that when you say tax, you mean advertising fee.  The answer to that question is no, Google does not charge a fee to companies to have a Map listing, or even a Google+ page if they want.  Their map marker will remain on the map as long as it is valid.  A company can choose to use a paid Google service such as Adwords, but that's optional.
