Mapping Pakistan: Karachi

Hi all. Started a thread just for Karachi, because a general "Mapping
Pakistan" should be kept for general issues and more specific city-
wide inquiries should be posted under this thread, to keep the general
thread smaller and pertinent.

Perhaps we could also make a wiki page for Pakistani cities, where all
resources and links can be posted (postal codes, government websites,
etc)

To start off, we need to first correctly label/border the entire city
first and next all the major localities (ie North Nazimabad, Defense,
Gulshan Iqbal, Gulshan Johar, Gulshan Mehmar, etc..) [*the spellings
might not be accurate], then do all the sub-localities.

North Nazimabad is a locality. "Block A" is the sub-locality. And when
someone adds a road or POI (point of interest) in a sub-locality, the
address will come out correctly in Google in the format of POI, Road,
Sub-Locality, Locality, City, District, State, Country, Post Code

( ie Pizza Hut, Road, Block A, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Karachi,
Sindh, Pakistan, Postal code).
