Maybe someone draw a segment of road, and then deleted it. At least
looks like a deleted segment. Funny that is in the middle of
nothing...:)

I think so. It doesn't exist anymore.

The red-dashed lines indicates the feature is deleted and would be de-
rendered from the map.
