Problems with showing on map

I created a complete business guide entry with description, etc, but all that shows up when you search for the business in google maps is basic information. Also, when you search under the address it doesn't appear on the map.  Another business at the same address appears.  Do they need to remove theirs (we're the parent organization) so ours will show up?  They are the marker and you have to read the left column to see "At this location" and it's us but without the photo and description.  Thanks for any help!

Sorry I couldn't completely follow your concern there. 

I assume you're suggesting that you've added your business on "Google Maps" and the listing is currently not searchable. 

Please try posting your query on the Maps forum, so that your concern gets addressed better.
