Chris,

One suggestion I have is to include a link to an official source in
the comments of the edits you are making. I typically include a link
to the official university map online so that reviewers and moderators
know that the edits are legit. In your case I think this would be:
http://nyit.edu/images/uploads/about/Map-Old-Westbury.pdf

I also found 'style guide' from the university which has official building names listed on page 20:
