the project
Project Manager - to oversee the project, set milestones, timeframes
Translation Process Team - a few people to provide a framework for the
translation and editing process
Translators - several people to translate the pages
Editors - to edit the translations
Team Leaders (translation) - to oversee the translators
Team Leaders (editors) - to oversee the the translations
Administrator - to keep everyone up-to-date and informed of our
progress and to pass on key info
IT Support - to assist with any issues that arise to do with ICT
Marketing and Promotions - to keep the media informed as to our
progress, to do press releases, marketing and promotions.
Project Spokesperson - to speak on behalf of the team and project
