Choosing a previous version to install

I wanted to get a previous version of dev. chrome, but that is not
available from the synaptic package manager. Under the package menu
choosing force version is not supported for chrome. Can this feature
be added to the repo?

want to go to 8.0.552.0-r62249 for now, until maps is fixed.
