"Google Repositories Gone?" questions

Hey Guys,

Like the army which preceded me, I too thought to browse the Google
Yum repo -- in my case, for kicks, giggles and confirmation that
Centos is represented. Sadly, it 404ed me and I came a-looking for
answers and feared the worst.

So it's just hidden and not really busted. Can we get a 403 response
instead of a 404? Maybe a 402 with an explanation after a largely-
impossible 401? Heck, maybe even a 405 would be better.

I'm thinking there are a few alternatives here than a 404, and many of
them would be more informative and helpful than the 404 is. As it is,
it's somewhat misleading, and it makes us hens get panicky.

I can't get the Ubuntu repository link to respond either. Anyone know
what's up with this???

Got the 404 msg:

Not Found
The requested URL /linux/deb/ was not found on this server.
