What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.google.com/latitude
2. "Add Friends" button
3. After loading there are no suggested friends

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I hope to see suggested friends, but none.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I try it on Google Chrome, IE, Firefox and Android Latitude App, always no
friends.

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm sure to have many friends that use Latitude but i cannot add them
because i don't see any.
