API Update: OAuth 2.0

Hi all,

I'm happy to let you know that we've added OAuth 2.0 support to the
Latitude API. The documentation (see http://code.google.com/apis/latitude/v1/using_rest.html)
point our the appropriate scopes and workflow, and the Google API's
client libraries should have full support for OAuth 2.0.

Although we have no current plans to turn off OAuth 1 support, for any
new applications you write that use the Latitude API, you should use
OAuth 2.0.
