to Google Knol Migration
(1) I keep getting messages telling me that my "migration has failed"
because of errors, but no suggestions as to what I should do next.
(2) So I am attempting to C&P my Knols into Wordpress on my own but I
have faced many complications which I will mention here to see if
others have solutions to it.
(3) I have also transferred a few knols to Google Docs and that is
straight forward, but my concern is this:
(3a) My knows are long, some over 10,000- words with several photos.
Google Docs has a limit of 1GB so I worry about exceeding my limit.
Therefore I am removing some photos from my Knols before transferring
to cut down on usage.
(3b) If I use up my limit, can I sign in another ID and get another
account with Google Docs?
(3c) I suspect Annotum will impose a limit as well some day as they
look like a commercially minded organisation?

(4) When using Wordpress, I found out that you should use Firefox and
never Safari. Remember that. Don't know about other Browsers?
(5) When I C&P My Knol to Wordpress and Publish, the new format is a
"Dog's Breakfast." But no matter how I "Edit" and "Update" I still get
a "Dog's Breakfast." So I realised that Editing does not remove the
hidden Codecs, and thus the "Dog's Dinner."

EDITING IN ANNOTUM
(6) So after C&P to Wordpress, Select the portion that you would like
to "Edit" then from the additional Tool Bar, click on the, "Remove
Formatting Button" the icon that looks like a 'fat rolling tim." And
then edit. I found this works and removes all the hidden codes in the
original Knol.
(7) Remember to Update and Post as there is no "Save Button" but it is
on "Automatic Save,"

I will try to post more of my experiences as I discover them.
Please contribute here anyone who could help us to learn more about
this new programme.
