Transliteration of Az eri language

Salam

Azeri language is written in three different alphabets; namely Cyrillic and Latin(in Azerbaijan republic and other former soviet union parts) and Arabic (Iran). I' had a sincere request to add support for transliteration of Azeri language. I've some experience in transliteration from Arabic to Latin alphabets and I can contribute in this project.
