Google Transliteration issues and improvements suggestion

Hi,

I would like to report some problem or limitation with IME, for
example for arabic transliteration it's limited to Arabie Saudite
keybord or in other word when someone use AZERTY keyboard he can't
type correctly... and there is no option to also change the keyboard
layout or language (when clicking ALT+SHIFT) my self I use English
United States Internation as default keyboard as it support adding
accentuated characters easily like éàíôõç... and not being able to
configure the keyboard to the prefered one make it somehow useless or
limited to only lucky people in middle-east, while those in north
africa can't use it.

there is also some other options like the Tashkeel it will be great to
integrate it by default, my self I created few macros but they are
somehow awkward or at least if it's possible to make the macro support
some special characters for example my macro I have to type xo to add
ُ

xon = ٌ
xo = ُ
xi = ِ
xin = ٍ
xan = ً
xa = َ
xs = ْ

some other fixes and improvements can make this the best
transliteration tool ever, the MS Maren is nice one too but there is
the same limitation and there is no macros...
