Announcing the release of 1.18.0-rc:

Highlights:

• [Codereview] Fixed wrong behavior of {+var} (with var not a list) in UriTemplate
• [Codereview] Added a convenience factory that builds GoogleJsonResponseException instances for testing
• [Codereview] Fixed test dependency on hash order, which is about to change
• Downloadable library zip moved to the project home page. Older versions are still hosted under the "Downloads" tab.
