Adding row to Google spreadsheet between other rows using Google Data API

I am a beginner and learning Google Data API's. I am stuck in this situation. I have opened the google spreadsheet using Java from eclipse through Google Data API and wants to insert a row in opened spreadsheet between other rows (say after nth row i.e. my added row will be (n+1) row). The example given here adds the row after the last row.

Is there any way to do that? Please reply asap.
