Compatible with Android

Can't the Java client library jar be made compatible with Android so
that we can use the Google data API's on the Android platform?
Including the jar in an Android project results in a "Conversion to
Dalvik format failed with error 2" message when building the project.

Hi Rmac,

I believe there are some dependencies that the library has that work
slightly differently in Android, so just dropping the JAR file into
Android won't work. However, I believe the Android folks are aware of
this and working to figure out a way to have the client library work
on their platform.
