Trouble to get cache date

hi friend;

I am new in this group; i am working on a new project which is related
to crawl cache date from google, but google is directly not allow to
crawl its pages for the url;

The basic requirement for the project is - upload csv file of urls ,
and get cache date from google;

i am working on PHP

please help me out

There isn't an API for this that I'm aware of.
