What kind of commercial licenses can be acquired to use the blogsearch
API for a client product? The terms & conditions page (http://
www.google.com/terms_of_service.html) points to their generic contact
page, but other than the American address and phone number, there are
no contact details.

Is anyone aware of an account manager or contact I can speak to about
this? Seems a bit of a shot in the dark to be calling the US
switchboard. I'm based in the UK, if it makes any difference as to who
I should be speaking to.

Can you tell me what blogsearch API you were referring?

Hi Vivian,

I'm unsure what APIs can be used, but what we're looking for is a blogsearch API, enabling us to use the results you have crawled to build a PR tool which pulls up what has been posted on a given topic in the past few days. This would then be manually reviewed by editors to evaluate whether the general buzz about the topic is positive or negative.

Is such an API available?

Best regards,
Vero
