Measuring code coverage for Guice

Quick question: what is the right way to measure code coverage in Guice?
Contribution guideline is saying that code coverage is high and I have to keep
it that way, but I was not able to make the jacoco work with Guice sources, so
I have a suspicion there is a better/proper way to do it.
