commons-configuration module for Guice

Hi there,

I've managed to create a very contained version of the Governator's configuration values injector for Guice.

I admit it's not perfect but it's more than nothing and there's been a huge gap in providing configuration capabilities for Guice.

I've released it already to Maven's central and I'm using it in a few projects with good results. It'd be great if you could include it on the 3rd party page on the project's wiki at https://github.com/google/guice/wiki/3rdPartyModules
