Hello,

For full support of java 13, guice needs to be built with asm 7.1 instead of 7.0 (note that asm 7.3.1 with support up to java 15 has been released).

The upgrade has been merged to source code of guice in May 19 (github commit - github pull request). Does the guice team plan to publish a new release to maven central soon?

To that end, https://github.com/google/guice/pull/1274 has been ready to merge for months, and is required to support Java 14.
