Adding multiply emails to a GG

Hello...I'm using my Gmail account for a Google Groups that I'm part of. I'm trying to add my work email as well.  It is not allowing the moderator to add another email for me.  Does GG allow multiply email addresses for one user?  Thank you...Kelly
