Where's the "invite" button now?

I have a group started - been on for about a year.  Recently I've tried to add members by invitation.  The help for this says:

From the Topics screen, click on the Manage button.

I know I've found this before as I have 25 people already in the group.  Has something changed in the meanwhile???

Where the heck is this Manage button located?  In fact, where is the Topics screen - is that the screen where all the posts ride?

I can't find this darn thing....
