Locked out of manager duties, Can't Get back in!!!

For the past 10 years I have managed my clubs email list.  Several months ago, my email address was changed by Google.  It locked me out of managing my clubs email list.  The owner has either passed or left the area.  The frustration of trying to recover access knows no bounds!  Google has been less than helpful, as apparently there is no Google Groups Tech Support.   Also there is no phone number to contact someone to solve a problem with Google Groups!   Help!
